Job Steverink

After completing his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Avans University of Applied Sciences in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Job began his career in 2017 at Beelen Group as a Sales/Operations Manager, where he quickly assumed significant responsibilities.

Job has always had an affinity for real estate, and in 2019, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). At JLL, Job was part of the Utrecht Agency team (leasing and letting of commercial real estate). During his time at JLL, Job completed a traineeship, gaining experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.

In early 2021, Job made the transition to 1530 Real Estate, where, under the supervision of Martijn and Sander, he successfully established the subsidiary Vogl. Vogl specializes in flexible office solutions for the Dutch market.

Since 2022, Job has been working full-time at 1530 Real Estate. Within the company, he primarily focuses on leasing and letting activities in the office market and on other real estate-related advisory services.
