After completing his Bachelor Business Administration (BBA) at Avans Hogeschool in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Job started his career in 2017 at the Beelen Group as Sales/Operational Manager where he was given a lot of responsibility in a short period of time.

Job has always had an affinity for real estate and in 2019 he joined Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). At JLL, Job was a part of the Utrecht Agency team (buying and leasing commercial real estate). During his employment at JLL, Job completed a traineeship where he was introduced to all facets within commercial real estate.

In early 2021 Job made the transition to 1530 Real Estate where, under the supervision of Martijn and Sander, he successfully set up a subsidiary specialized in flexible office solutions for the Dutch market, Vogl.

As of 2022, Job is fully employed at 1530 Real Estate. Within 1530 Real Estate Job focuses mainly on the purchase and rental activities in the corporate office market and in other real estate related advisory activities.
