SANDER
van Winterswijk
Sander studied Management Economics & Law at the HES in Amsterdam with a specialization in Real Estate and Brokerage. After successfully completing his studies, Sander started as a management trainee at the Utrecht branch of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2002.
After his traineeship, Sander became part of the Amsterdam Agency team (tenant representation / leasing, purchase / sale of commercial real estate) in 2004, where he became Head of Agency Amsterdam in 2010 together with Martijn Smits (co-founder 1530 Real Estate). In 2012 he was appointed Head Of Agency Netherlands, where Sander was in charge of the entire Agency business in the Netherlands (across five offices).
The last three years of his career with JLL Sander was also part of the management team of the company. Sander now has accumulated sixteen years of specialty experience with advising on challenging issues in the Dutch property market.
