After graduating from his study Commercial Economics in Utrecht, Paul joined Appelhoven Real Estate Advisors in 2007. At the beginning of 2008, Paul made the switch to Jones Lang LaSalle in Amsterdam.

At JLL he was part of the national agency team Industrial & Logistics. Paul played a leading role as one of the most senior members of the team with over 10 years. Taking advantage of the good market but more importantly by the right focus, the team has had the largest market share on consultancy in logistics and industrial real estate for many years.

As a true specialist Paul has focused solely on industrial and logistics real estate for eleven years. He has a great market knowledge and advises on challenging business cases from users, investors and developers. Whether it is renting, leasing, purchasing, selling, new development, redevelopment or sale & lease back, Paul has great experience with both national and international clients.
