FIG (FORTRESS Investments)

1530 Real Estate advises FIG on the leasing of the Adam Smith Building in Amsterdam. The building is approx. 20,000 m² and is currently being renovated thoroughly. The first success is a fact through the lease of over 4,200 m2 of online bank KNAB. In the meantime, FIG has also appointed us as advisor to the Clipper building. This building will also be renovated to a high standard. The total building is approx. 17,000 m² and approx. 8,000 m² will be available on the market.


1530 Real Estate advises this investor with the leasing of various buildings on both the Zuidas and the Overamstel area in Amsterdam. Recently, 1530 Real Estate leased approximately 3,700 m² on behalf of Nijkerk to Warner Bros in a building located at the Willem Fenengastraat.

FLOW Real Estate

1530 Real Estate advises FLOW on the lease of the office building at Delflandlaan 1 in Amsterdam. The building is approx. 24,000 m² in size. Approximately 3,400 m² of high-quality office space is available.

APF International

1530 Real Estate advised APF and Angelo Gordon on the purchase of Benthemstraat 30 in Rotterdam. This building of approx. 22,700 m² gfa will be redeveloped on a large scale by buyer.


1530 Real Estate advised WeWork throughout the entire leasing process for more than 5,200 m² in the new building of the Atrium complex at the Amsterdam Zuidas. We currently advise WeWork on various ongoing large-scale lease transactions in Amsterdam.


1530 Real Estate advises COCON with the leasing of various buildings in both the Amstel and Center area in Amsterdam. In both projects, 1530 Real Estate has established various successful transactions.


1530 Real Estate has advised ASUS with the acquisition of their new office at the Paasheuvelweg 25 in Amsterdam.


1530 Real Estate advised Ebbinge with the acquisition of its new office. Ebbinge signed a lease for approx. 750 m² in the EDGE Olympic office building at the Amsterdam Zuidas.

Pulse Media Group

1530 Real Estate has advised Pulse Media Group with the acquisition of their new office at the Radarweg 29 in Amsterdam.

M7 Real Estate

1530 Real Estate has advised M7 Real Estate when purchasing a portfolio containing seven office buildings totaling more than 24,130 m². M7 Real Estate has acquired these buildings from the Cromwell Netherlands Diversified Partnership fund.

Cromwell Property Group

1530 Real Estate was involved on behalf of Cromwell in projects in Amstelveen and Amsterdam Zuidoost.

Loyalty Lab

1530 Real Estate has advised Loyaltylab with the acquisition of their new office at the Zekeringstraat 27-35 in Amsterdam.

Constant IT

1530 Real Estate has advised Constant IT with the acquisition of their new office at the Paul Van Vlissingenstraat in Amsterdam.


1530 Real Estate advised DVM on the lease of the office building at Willem Fenengastraat 37-39 in Amsterdam. The building is approx. 5,500 m² and has been thoroughly renovated. Tenant Picnic recently has leased the last available 3,000 m².


1530 Real Estate advises CAIRN REAL ESTATE with the leasing of the Pharos building in Hoofddorp. The building is approx. 24,000 m² in size and will be thoroughly renovated in 2018 and 2019. Various tenants such as Olympia and Nutanix have already opted for what will be the most healthy workplace environment in the Netherlands.

Syntrus Achmea

1530 Real Estate advised Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance and Stichting Pensioenfonds PGB on the sale of a mixed portfolio of 8 buildings, including a residential boulevard, several offices and a shopping center.


BESTSELLER E-Commerce has been a client of 1530 real Estate since the early days. Recently, 1530 Real Estate has advised BESTSELLER E-Commerce with the acquisition of approximately 5,000 m² of office space on the upper floors of the former V & D building at Rokin and Kalverstraat in Amsterdam. In addition, 1530 Real Estate also advised BESTSELLER E-Commerce on the early surrender & lease of its current office at the Vijzelstraat.

Stora Enso

1530 Real Estate advises Stora Enso with several real estate matters in Amsterdam. 1530 Real Estate has executed a “stay or go” analysis for Stora Enso which has resulted in a centralization of two premises in Amsterdam.

IVY Group

1530 Real Estate advised the landlord with the leasing of the Bloomhouse building (former Geelvinck). This lease transaction consisted of approx. 6,000 m² of office and retail space in the center of Amsterdam. The lease transaction was concluded with Booking.

In addition, 1530 Real Estate advised the Ivy Group on the lease of the Egelantiersgracht 390 in the center of Amsterdam.

Bronsgeest Deur Advocaten

1530 Real Estate has advised B&D Advocaten with a “stay or go” analysis on their current office in Amsterdam.


1530 Real Estate assisted ProDelta with the purchase of an industrial complex located in Nieuwegein. The complex comprises approximately 38,000 m² of buildings and is situated on approximately 55,000 m² of land. The complex is easily accessible by road and has its own water connection. Ships can be loaded and unloaded using the existing crane tracks. The complex has been leased for many years to a supplier of industrial products. This transaction is in line with ProDelta’s strategy to expand its real estate portfolio at the ‘logistics hotspots’ in the Netherlands.


1530 Real Estate assisted wholesaler Bidfood in renegotiating their property in Almere and advised on the transaction of a logistics complex in Ede. Bidfood is a hospitality wholesaler for the professional kitchen and now has the largest online market place in foodservice. The organisation has 1,700 employees in the Netherlands, a fleet of 350 trucks, 25,000 different customers and 17 branches. Bidfood Netherlands is part of the international foodservice company Bidfood, which is active in 30 countries.
