NSI closes rental agreement with Optics11 for Hettenheuvelweg 37-39 in Amsterdam

NSI N.V. has signed a lease agreement with Optics11 in the office building on Hettenheuvelweg 37-39 in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Optics11 leases 1,780 sqm of office space on the ground floor and second floor. The office, consisting of 2,475 sqm in total, is centrally located in the southeast side of Amsterdam on the west side of the Hondsrugweg. 

In recent years Amsterdam Zuidoost has developed into a successful business location with a good infrastructure and a high level of amenities. It has several crowd-pullers such as Arena Boulevard, Woonmall, Villa Arena and the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center. In the coming years, the area will be transformed into a green urban environment where working, living and recreation come together.
