Kyndryl leases approximately 2,600 sqm of office space in office building Pharos in Hoofddorp

1530 Real Estate has leased approx. 2,600 sqm of office space in the Pharos office building in Hoofddorp to Kyndryl Nederland B.V. on behalf of Transit Hoofddorp B.V.

The modern office building has recently been completely renovated and meets all modern requirements (BREEAM-NL in use excellent). Pharos features a meeting center on the 19th floor and a company restaurant by The Farm Kitchen, a caterer offering healthy and local food.
