Berlage Vastgoed B.V. has purchased an office complex on Leeuwenveldseweg 12-18 in Weesp for one of its property funds.

The multi-tenant office complex is largely leased and has a total lettable floor area of approx. 6,700 sqm divided over four buildings and has 88 parking spaces. The complex is conveniently located opposite Weesp NS railway station and in mid-2022 the new exit from the A1 freeway will be completed, making the complex even faster and more efficiently accessible.
