1530 Real Estate assists Delin Property in leasing a DC in the Rotterdam Waalhaven in cooperation with De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting.

1530 Real Estate, in cooperation with  De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting, has assisted Delin Property  with the leasing of a DC in the Rotterdam Waalhaven to Seko logistics. SEKO Logistics has recently signed a second lease agreement for the remaining metra of the DC in the Rotterdam Waalhaven. It concerns the lease of approximately 5,470 m² of logistical warehouse space in combination with approximately 972 m² of office space/mezzanine as well as 21 parking spaces located on Geyssendorfferweg 27 in Rotterdam.

DCAM Waalhaven is located on Geyssendorfferweg at the intersection with Parmentierplein.
