1530 Real Estate advises Worldpack Trading with lease of new distribution centre in Son en Breugel

1530 Real Estate has advised packaging company Worldpack Trading B.V. with the lease of a new distribution centre at Ekkersrijt 3102 in Son en Breugel, near Eindhoven.

The property on the Ekkersrijt Business Park consists of 11,509 m² warehouse with 976 m² office space, 1,324 m² mezzanine and 70 parking spaces and is leased from EQT Exeter.
