1530 Real Estate, in cooperation with 3Stone Real Estate, advised Intralox L.L.C. Europe with the purchase of a plot of approximately 4 ha at Schiphol Trade Park in Hoofddorp.

Intralox, L.L.C. Europe has purchased a plot of approximately 4ha of land from SADC at Schiphol Trade Park. Intralox will establish its office, production and logistics activities here. 

Schiphol Trade Park perfectly matches the wishes of Intralox. The park has a central location in the region, is easily accessible by public transport, has a perfect connection to the A4 motorway, Schiphol Airport and has a high sustainability ambition. In addition, just as in Doetinchem, Intralox has chosen a new location with a building that is tailored to their needs due to a strongly growing business and the further improvement of its business process. 

1530 Real Estate and 3 Stone Real Estate advised Intralox commercially during the entire acquisition process, DENC acted as technical advisor and CMS assisted Intralox legally.
