1530 Real Estate advised Cromwell on logistics acquisition in Tilburg. 

Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group (Cromwell) has completed the acquisition of a logistics property at the Katsbogten business park in Tilburg on behalf of Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT). 

The building consists of approx. 8,600 sqm warehouse with supporting office space and is located on approx. 14,000 sqm own land. The construction took place in two phases in 2012 and 2019 and has recently been further modernized with the installation of approximately 1,700 solar panels on the roof. In addition, the building has energy label A++++.  

The building has been leased long-term to a renowned shoe and fashion manufacturer.
