1530 Real Estate advises Arrow Capital Partners on new acquisition in Echt

1530 Real Estate has commercially advised Arrow Capital Partners, an investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia Pacific, with the acquisition of a multi-tenant logistics building at Voltaweg 1 in Echt, for its €3 billion Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) platform in cooperation with Cerberus.

It is a logistics building of 22,500 m², strategically located on the Business Park Midden Limburg at the A2, A73 and N276 motorways. The property was built in 1981, expanded over the years and renovated in 2002. The building is fully let and its largest user is the logistics company De Zwaluw Logistiek.
