1530 Real Estate advises Van Dijk Groep on sale of two warehouses to Savills

Both warehouses have been custom developed for, and long-term leased to, Brouwers Transport & Logistics: an innovative transport company that uses the latest technologies in the field of logistics processing and data sharing.

The first warehouse dates from 2018, the second warehouse was recently completed. The warehouses are located on the Bossche business park ‘De Rietvelden’, where Heineken, Sligro, Makro, Karwei, Bouwmaat and Moonen, among others, are located. With a direct connection to the A59 and the A2 nearby, the accessibility of this area is excellent.

In total, SIM’s logistics portfolio in the Netherlands amounts to approximately 650 million euros”.

Durable thanks to VDG Solar

The warehouses also meet high standards in terms of sustainability. Erik van Dijk, owner of Van Dijk Groep: “One of our companies, VDG Solar, will rent the roofs of the warehouses for the next sixteen years and install solar panels on them. Together with the tenant, we are making an enormous sustainability leap: every year the installation will generate 2.5 million KWh of electricity, which equates to the use of no less than 500 households”.
