1530 advises Gerimedica on leasing office space in Westbeat building

1530 Real Estate has advised Gerimedica with the lease of approx. 1,000 sq.m. office space in the spectacular new development located at the Rijnlandlaan in Amsterdam West. The building is owned by Stichting Achmea Dutch Residential fund and has been developed by Lingotto. Westbeat is a multifunctional hub in Nieuw-West.

GeriMedica
GeriMedica builds software to support professionals in home care, nursing home care and care for the mentally handicapped (EPD and administrative). All software is developed ‘in-house’ in NL and a professional support team supports the implementation and use of the software. In addition, GeriMedica provides workshops and training related to dossier management and practical organisation. Finally, GeriMedica is actively involved in various scientific institutes that conduct research in elder care and care for the mentally handicapped.
