Yakult B.V. rents a modern business complex from Bruil on the De Vaart business park in Almere

Bruil recently concluded a long-term lease agreement with Yakult B.V. for a spacious business premises, located on a plot of 31,568 sqm at Damsluisweg 56 in Almere. The complex covers a total area of approximately 11,436 sqm, with a warehouse of approximately 9,600 sqm and a linked high-quality office building of approximately 1,836 sqm.

De Vaart business park in Almere is, partly due to its proximity to important highways such as the A1, A2, A27 and A28, an attractive location for companies that choose to establish or expand their distribution activities in the region.

Yakult is a leading producer of fermented dairy drinks to promote intestinal flora. The company has acquired a strong position in the food industry, both in the Netherlands and worldwide. The recently concluded lease emphasizes Yakult’s continued commitment to growth.
