WPG Uitgevers moves to George Westinghouse

Cocon Vastgoed Management has concluded a long-term lease agreement with WPG Uitgevers for the new and inspiring office space in the modern George Westinghouse.

The leased location of approx. 894 sqm at George Westinghousestraat 2 in Amsterdam is ideally suited to the activities of the new tenant. Together with WPG, subsidiaries A.W. Bruna Uitgevers, Xander Uitgevers and WPG Kindermedia will also move to this office.

Lessor, Cocon Vastgoed Management, was commercially advised in this process by 1530 Real Estate. Tenant WPG Uitgevers was advised during this transaction by DRS Makelaars.
