W.P. Carey buys Ostreum Portfolio

Together with JLL, 1530 Real Estate has assisted an international asset manager with the sale of five properties throughout the Netherlands. The so-called Ostreum portfolio has been leased for a long time to an automotive party and was sold just before the end of the year to WP Carey for a total price of 33 million euros.
It concerns five properties of which three are located in Tilburg and the other two in Apeldoorn and Zwolle. The leased property involves a total floor area of over 22,645 sqm of business and office space and is situated on a plot with a total size of 46,468 sqm.
Buyer W.P. Carey was assisted commercially by Adelaer and legally by Greenberg Traurig. Seller was accompanied by 1530 Real Estate and JLL, Legal by Loyens & Loeff and Technical by Arcadis.
