VDG Real Estate successfully completes off-market transaction for Willem Brocadesdreef 10 in Hoofddorp

VDG Real Estate has completed the sale of the small-scale logistics warehouse at Willem Brocadesdreef 10 in Hoofddorp. The property, which consists of 4,500 sqm of warehouse space, 700 sqm of offices and 400 sqm of mezzanine, has been sold to Valor Real Estate. The buyer acquired the property on the basis of a long-term Triple Net lease with Kerry Logistics.

The development, realised by Unibouw and delivered at the end of 2024, offers an exceptional free height of 15.6 metres, making the property ideal for logistics operations, combined with office space for the user. The building is also equipped with approximately 1,200 solar panels by VDG Solar, which contributes to the sustainability of the project. The property also has a GPR score of 8.0, which further emphasises the sustainable characteristics.
