Valor and QuadReal Invest €60 Million in New DC Zwanenburg

 Valor Real Estate Partners and QuadReal Property Group are expanding their presence in the Netherlands with the acquisition of a site in Zwanenburg. In collaboration with Intospace, they are developing a €60 million distribution center.

The redevelopment of the former Ahrend site aligns with the broader trend of sustainable logistics: more efficient land use, energy-positive buildings, and a Breeam Excellent certification.

For Valor, this marks their fourth investment in the Netherlands since entering the market last year. The distribution center is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026.
