URBZ Capital acquires 6,200 sqm business building in Utrecht

Ivanhoe Cambridge and its asset manager URBZ Capital have purchased an industrial building located at Molensteijn 14 in the industrial area Strijkviertel in De Meern.
The long leased building comprises over 6,200 sqm lettable area and is situated on a plot of approx. 9,000 sqm of land.
During this off market deal the buyers Ivanhoe Cambridge and URBZ Capital were advised commercially by 1530 Real Estate and legally by AKD Notarissen URBZ.
URBZ focuses on creating CO2-neutral and socially attractive last-mile urban real estate in key cities in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Scandinavia.
