Real estate investor and developer Urban Interest has sold its property at the Dr. Anton Philipsstraat 48 in Hoogeveen. This is a building of over 13,200 m² located on a plot of 20,769 m² private land. 1530 Real Estate assisted Urban Interest in this successful sale.

The property is located on the De Wieken, an industrial area in Hoogeveen. At the end of 2021, the town Hoogeveen decided to open De Wieken to more companies. At that time there were mainly factories and metal processors companies. In the future, the site should offer more space for offices, second-hand shops, healthcare and e-commerce. The plans of the town Hoogeveen should ensure that companies from different sectors can establish themselves more easily on De Wieken.
