Union Invest has on behalf of the owner UII Marina GmbH & Co. KG entered into a lease transaction with Bronsgeest Deur Advocaten N.V.
It concerns a long-term lease transaction of approx. 475 m² GLA office space on the 10th floor of Marina Building, IJdok 29, in Amsterdam.
