Tuitel Warehouse B.V. has signed a long-term lease agreement for a commercial space at Sterkenburg 7 in Almere as of mid-November. The space, which is sublet by Hunkemöller, is located on the Stichtsekant business park, on the A27 in Almere.

The location is part of a new logistics complex that meets the highest sustainability standards and is BREEAM Excellent certified. The leased property has a surface area of ​​approximately 17,912 sqm, consisting of approximately 15,782 sqm of warehouse space, 647 sqm of office space and 1,483 sqm of mezzanine.
