The Humanitas Association rents a new office from Cocon Vastgoed Management

Cocon Vastgoed Management has concluded a lease agreement with Vereniging Humanitas for 848 m² of office space and 8 parking spaces in the business complex ‘De Admiraal’, located at Baarsjesweg 224 in Amsterdam West. ‘De Admiraal’ is located in the De Baarsjes district, close to restaurants, shops and public transport.

“The vibrant location and good accessibility were an important reason for choosing De Admiraal. In addition, it was important that various other social organizations were also housed in the business complex. The possible cross-pollination between the Humanitas Association and the other organizations certainly played a role in the choice of this building,” says Wouter van Zandwijk, press officer of the Humanitas Association.

Landlord, Cocon Vastgoed Management, was commercially guided in this process by 1530 Real Estate. CBRE represented the interests of Vereniging Humanitas in this transaction.
