StartDock signs new lease at Singel 126-130 in Amsterdam

The new lease includes approximately 1,850 sq. ft. and StartDock is expanding its number of locations in Amsterdam.

StartDock facilitates office space for entrepreneurs with a focus on community building. ‘Community building’ is encouraged by co-working spaces, shared break rooms and events for tenants, among other things. StartDock has already established itself in several locations in the center of Amsterdam. With this new A-location office, StartDock adds a classic-monumental location to its portfolio, where they will house start-ups and freelancers. The office space on the Singel features a unique blend of a modern interior and historic exterior. The central location of the Singel, one of Amsterdam’s oldest canals, makes this location very attractive for businesses. With Central Station within walking distance, the building is easily accessible by public transportation.

Landlord Böschen Europe B.V. was assisted by 1530 Real Estate in the leasing process. Savills advised StartDock in the search for new office space.
