SEKO Logistics leases over 20,000 sqm in Smartlog Rotterdam 6

1530 Real Estate has advised SEKO Logistics on the lease of over 20,000 sqm in Smartlog Rotterdam 6. With this transaction, DHG’s high-quality distribution centre has been fully let.

The distribution centre is located in at Bunschotenweg 138-160 in the Waalhaven in Rotterdam. SEKO has signed a lease agreement for DC1 which consists of 18,692 sqm warehouse space, 1,728 sqm mezzanine and 349 sqm office space. Smartlog Rotterdam 6 was built according to the well-known DHG Smartlog concept.
