RS rents office space at Taurusavenue 143 in Hoofddorp

A fund managed by Fidelity International has signed a lease agreement with RS for approximately 1,318 m² of office space and 32 parking spaces in the office building at Taurusavenue 143 in Hoofddorp.

RS is one of the world’s largest omnichannel distributors of industrial and electronic components. The new location offers RS an inspiring work environment in a central location that aligns with the company’s future plans and the needs of its employees.

The building has recently been made sustainable, with conventional lighting being replaced by energy-efficient LED lighting. Additionally, the building boasts an A+ energy label and a BREEAM certification with the rating “Very Good”.
