ProDelta develops and leases 41,120 m² in Ede

1530 Real Estate assisted ProDelta with the rental of a high-end logistics complex. The Frankeneng Distribution Center in Ede, developed by ProDelta, was completed in December 2022.

The complex of approximately 41,120 m² of warehouse space, 7,453 m² of mezzanine and 1,792 m² of office space offers maximum quality, sustainability and flexibility. In particular, the free stacking height of 15.20 meters is unique in The Netherlands. The building received a BREEAM “excellent” certification upon completion.

The entire complex is leased on a longterm basis to Brocacef Group, Unilin and Lobbes. In the transactions with Lobbes and Brocacef Group, ProDelta was assisted by 1530 Real Estate and Sons Commercial Property. The transaction with Unilin Group was supervised by JLL.

Brocacef Group is a group of companies active in the healthcare sector. They will mainly use this complex for the distribution of medicines and medical products. They want to be the care partner that people consciously choose. Brocacef is there where consumers and healthcare professionals need advice about a healthy lifestyle, the right medicines, self-care products and medical devices.

Lobbes is the largest online toy store in the Netherlands and has a webshop with more than 25,000 different toy items. Lobbes has been around since 1989 and they do their best every day with more than 150 people to amaze customers. In the high season, they work with up to 280 people for the website and all orders.
