Private investor sells two office complexes in Bergen op Zoom to private owner.

The office complex of approximately 3,733 sqm in total, consisting of 2 office buildings, is located at Rijtuigweg 8-24 in Bergen op Zoom. The buildings are currently rented out for the long term and are located in the well-known residential area “Havenwijk”.

The new private owner will take both buildings into his own portfolio and will probably redevelop them into homes in the long term.
