Private investor acquires business complex in Sprundel

An investor has purchased a leased business complex in Sprundel on the Nijverhei industrial estate.

The leased property at Lange Hei 11 consists of approximately 2,000 square meters of warehouse space with offices and is situated on a plot of around 5,000 square meters. The tenant of the property is CKV Plastics, which has a long-term lease agreement in place for the property.
