New sustainable and transparent office with industrial hall for Intralox

Intralox was looking for a sustainable and transparent building for both the office and production & assembly in the Amsterdam region and asked 1530 Real Estate to help them with that.

The result is impressive after a challenging process with the necessary (sometimes unnecessary) bumps, approximately 21,000 sqm of new-build office and industrial hall fully Breeam excellent certified in Haarlemmermeer.
