NBA leases over 2,100 sqm of office space in office building Pharos in Hoofddorp

1530 Real Estate, on behalf of Transit Hoofddorp B.V., has leased over 2,100 sqm of office space to the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA) in the Pharos office building in Hoofddorp.

The modern office building was recently fully renovated and meets all modern requirements (BREEAM-NL in use excellent). Pharos features a meeting centre on the 19th floor and a company restaurant filled by The Farm Kitchen, a caterer offering healthy and local food.

Redept advised the tenant and was co-supported during the transaction by HEVO | Experts in Housing and Real Estate who monitored the technical requirements set by NBA for its new accommodation. 1530 Real Estate acted on behalf of lessor Transit Hoofddorp B.V. 1530 Real Estate co-let the building with CBRE.
