Real estate manager Metroprop has acquired two properties in Amsterdam and Doorn to expand its own portfolio. 1530 Real Estate advised Metroprop commercially with the purchase.

In Amsterdam it concerns a building at Falckstraat 11-13, with a gym on the ground floor and 4 apartments above. The selling party of this property is an Amsterdam private investor. On Plein 1923 in the centre of Doorn, it concerns the premises with numbers 26-35 and 38-52. In this complex are on the ground floor a Jumbo Supermarket and a Hema with above 8 rented houses. The selling party is Dela Vastgoed B.V.
