M7 Real Estate successfully completes transaction of industrial space in Wateringen.

The industrial space, with an area of 2,400 square meters on a plot of over 4,200 square meters, has been sold to an owner-user.

This is a modern building constructed in 2000 and is currently fully leased to ENKA Drankengroothandel B.V.

During this process, M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. received commercial guidance from 1530 Real Estate in collaboration with 3stone Real Estate. The legal aspect of the transaction was managed by Loyens & Loeff.
