M7 Real Estate sells two strategically located business premises

M7 Real Estate, an international investor in the field of real estate investment and real estate management, has successfully sold two industrial properties in one transaction. Both spaces were acquired by a private investor and are located at strategic locations in The Hague and Tilburg. The first object is located at Linge 29 in The Hague and the second object is located at Charles Stulemeijerweg 3 in Tilburg.

The two business spaces not only offer strategic locations, but also unique features that make them suitable for different purposes. Thanks to their construction and representative appearance, the buildings are ideal for use as a showroom, as well as for setting up a distribution hub for last-mile deliveries. Both business spaces have an area between 2,000 and 3,000 sqm and have ample parking facilities on site.
