M7 Real Estate sells logistics property to Realterm

M7 Real Estate has sold a property to investment manager Realterm. The property, located at Bijsterhuizen 1134 in Nijmegen, comprises a 9,988 sqm logistics hall and 3,543 sqm of office space on a 22,510 sqm site.

The property, which is currently leased to Micodo, features high-quality technical specifications, including a two-sided loading access, 16 dock doors and two entrances and exits.

The property is strategically located on the Arnhem-Nijmegen corridor, benefits from good visibility along the A73 and is close to the region’s inland port. With a distance of only 18 kilometres to the German border, it is an ideal last-mile hub for both the Netherlands and Germany.
