M7 Real Estate sells business space in Oss

M7 Real Estate has sold a commercial space in Oss that has been rented out for a long term. The 2,663 sqm property, located on a plot of 4,195 sqm, has been sold to a private investor.

The location is located on the ‘Danenhoef’ industrial estate, which is known for its diversity of industrial companies and retail options. In addition to this object, there are also several car companies and the residential boulevard of Oss.

M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. was commercially supervised during the transaction by 1530 Real Estate and 3stone Real Estate. Loyens & Loeff took care of the legal aspect of the transaction. The buyer, a private investor, was assisted during the process by RSP Makelaars.
