M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. sells two office complexes to Focus on Impact

Focus on Impact recently acquired two office complexes from M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. This concerns a building located at Triathlonstraat 3-39 in South Rotterdam and a single tenant office building at Pauluslaan 14-16 in Utrecht.
The Rotterdam building has an area of 2,981 sqm VFA, while the office building in Utrecht covers an area of 5,083 sqm VFA.

Focus on Impact explains the transaction by emphasizing that these purchases fit perfectly within their strategic direction. “With these acquisitions we are expanding our development portfolio and strengthening our position in the market. Our focus on redevelopments in the field of residential and commercial real estate within the G5/randstad region is further concretized.”

In addition to initiator 1530 Real Estate, CBRE and Prime Realty Partners are also involved in this transaction as commercial advisors.
