M7 Real Estate bought 12 buildings on the Kerkenbos in Nijmegen from a local private investor for one of its funds.
It is a mix of office and industrial buildings with a total size of approx. 18,827.77 m² and accommodates approx. 80 companies.

The seller was advised commercially by Level2 Makelaars and legally by Hekkelman lawyers and civil-law notaries. The buyer was commercially advised by 1530 Real Estate and legally by Loyens & Loeff.
