GERIMEDICA  EXTENDS AGREEMENT AT RIJNLANDLAAN IN AMSTERDAM

1530 Real Estate has advised healthcare software provider Gerimedica on the conclusion of a long-term lease extension for approximately 1,275 m² of office space and 20 parking spaces, located at Rijnlandlaan 3 in Amsterdam.

In 2020, 1530 Real Estate assisted Gerimedica with the lease of 1,002 m² lettable floor area at this location and subsequently supported the expansion with an adjacent office space of 272.5 m².

The landlord, Stichting Achmea Dutch Residential Fund, will be upgrading the entrance areas in the coming period.
