It concerns two long leased logistical properties located at Larserpoortweg 26-02 and James Wattlaan 5. The total floor area of the purchased property consists of over 9,364 sqm of commercial and office space and is situated on a plot with a total size of 14,351 sqm.

The buyers were legally guided by Dentons. The seller was assisted commercially by 1530 Real Estate and legally by Taylor Wessing.
