Crossbay II realizes further expansion with the purchase of a new distribution center in Almere

Last-mile platform Crossbay acquires a new distribution center, located in Almere. Crossbay thus adds 25,514 square meters to the second portfolio.

The newly acquired object has been leased for a long period to office supplies supplier 123inkt.nl. The online company 123inkt.nl is a reliable tenant with a strong market position in the Netherlands. The building is strategically located along the A6 highway and is therefore also connected to the A1 and A27.

Crossbay was commercially assisted by 1530 Real Estate in the purchase of the distribution center. CBRE provided the technical advice. Deloitte also provided fiscal support to the organization and Florent provided legal advice.

The selling party, AB Alternative, was managed by Savills IM and commercially advised by Savills. The selling party was legally assisted by HVG Law LLP.
