Credit Suisse has concluded a lease transaction on behalf of Mediarena Real Estate Netherlands B.V. with Achmea Interne Diensten N.V.
It concerns a long-term lease transaction of approx. 5,430 sq.m. office space in the Mediarena building next to the Arena in Amsterdam Zuid Oost.
