Cortese buys second property for Cortese HealthCare IX

Cortese recently purchased its second healthcare property in Amsterdam for Cortese HealthCare IX.

The medical care center is located on IJburglaan in Amsterdam. The tenant, PoliDirect Klinieken, is a specialized healthcare provider for gastrointestinal and liver diseases with over 15 locations throughout the Netherlands.

The rentable area of the center is 293 m² and is very sustainable (energy label A+++). The property is leased long-term on the basis of a triple net lease.
