Commerz Real welcomes Refinitiv as a new tenant in 2Amsterdam

Refinitiv has signed a lease contract with owner Commerz Real for 578 m² of office space in 2Amsterdam, on the Amsterdam Zuidas. The rental agreement concerns the last available part of the 10th floor as well as 11 parking spaces.

2Amsterdam is a high-quality mixed-use redevelopment, located at Eduard van Beinumstraat 4 in the heart of Amsterdam Zuidas. The two office towers from the 1980s have been given a multifunctional 24/7 destination, in line with the ambitions of the Amsterdam Zuidas. 2Amsterdam has a garden, public lobbies, flexible workspaces, A-class office space and a four-star Innside by Melia hotel with a top restaurant and a sky bar.
