Logistiekconcurrent, together with Bunzl Retail & Industry, is moving into a brand new distribution center of approximately 34,000 m² at a high-profile location along the A73 in Haps. The warehouse has received the BREEAM certification ‘Very Good’ and is therefore extremely sustainable. Nabuurs Supply Chain Solutions is the lessor of the object to Bunzl and Logistiekconcurrent.

The new distribution center is largely made of sustainable materials, is full of solar panels and has no gas connection. With the construction of an ecological zone, the building was built with the environment in mind. There are many electric charging stations in the parking lot. The building has received the BREEAM ‘Very Good’ label, as a result of sustainable construction and delivery.

Logistiekconcurrent has been part of Bunzl since July 2022. Logistiekconcurrent is growing fast and can serve its customers even better with this new distribution center. The increase in available office and warehouse space in particular will contribute to this. The distribution center is four times larger than the current distribution center of Logistiekconcurrent.

1530 Real Estate advised tenants Bunzl and Logistiekconcurrent. INDUSTRIAL real estate partners acted on behalf of Nabuurs in the formation of the lease. Legally, Bunzl was assisted by GTLawyers and Nabuurs by CMS.
