Bidfood acquires redevelopment site in Rotterdam from FrieslandCampina

Bidfood has acquired a redevelopment site from FrieslandCampina at the Spaanse Polder business park in Rotterdam. The site covers approximately 27,800 m² and is located at Keenstraat 55. The current FrieslandCampina production facility at Keenstraat will be delivered vacant and offers various redevelopment opportunities.
Bidfood plans to develop a new distribution centre for its own use on the site.
Spaanse Polder is strategically located and ideally suited for last-mile logistics and industrial purposes. The business park has direct access to the A20 and A13 motorways, ensuring excellent connectivity.
For this transaction, Bidfood was commercially advised by 1530 Real Estate and legally assisted by Wilnis House.
