Beiraweg 11
The building, which was completed in 2008 and is located in the Atlaspark business park in Amsterdam, has a logistics area with an office, a loading dock and 20 private parking spaces. The total surface area is 16,173 m². The entire building has been leased to logistic service provider Bleckmann.
Beiraweg 15
The office with showroom and warehouse, also realized in 2008, has 144 private parking spaces and is rented by wholesaler Riviera Maison. The total surface area is 5,272 m².
Both tenants of the premises have entered into multi-year agreements.
During the transaction, the selling party Arc & Ciel was accompanied by Beaufortboogaard Vastgoed. 1530 Real Estate acted on behalf of the buyer.
