APF International and Angelo Gordon buy office building in Rotterdam

A joint venture of APF International and Angelo Gordon has purchased the office building located at Benthemstraat 30 from M7 EREIP IV Dutch PropCo 2 B.V.

The office building has a surface area of approx. 21,700 m² GLA and has 86 parking spaces located in the underground car park. Benthemstraat 30, is a short walk from Rotterdam Central Station, the Hofplein and Coolsingel. The buyer intends to redevelop the building on a large scale.
